Monique Lehman asked me to speak about the installation at the conference.
How the installation appeared in the catalogue of the exhibition.
Here with Monique Lehman in front of her tapestry that was part of separate exhibition for jurors. Being at the event facilitated meeting many of the textile/fibre artists and tapestry weavers whose work I admire. I met some of the people who contributed shapes to the installation such as Monique, Marie-Thumette Brichard, Frances Crowe, Tiziana Tateo and Natalia Svetkova.
